The XOP guarantee
Every XOP loudspeaker is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. Because each cabinet is characterised on the bench before it ships, we know precisely how yours behaves the day it leaves — and that record is your baseline for its whole life. The exact term, cover and conditions are set out in your commission agreement, and we will always talk to you directly rather than hide behind small print.
Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected by anything here.
What we ask of you
- Use the speaker within the guidance we provide at handover — the DSP protects the drivers, but sustained abuse is still abuse.
- Keep the original packaging where you can; these are heavy, precise objects and travel best in their own crates.
- Talk to us before any service or modification, so the alignment and finish stay exactly as designed.

Unlock your build diary.
Every XOP is born with its own measurement card and a build diary — the honest, photographed story of that specific pair being made. Register your serial number and we will link that diary to you: your speaker's birth certificate, and your point of contact for its whole life.
Support, spares & servicing
We are the only people who will ever touch your speakers. Amplifier modules, drivers and finishes can all be serviced or refreshed by us directly — email sales@xopacoustics.com and you will reach the workshop, not a call centre.
